What is NAD+ and Why It's Important for Anti-Aging
NAD+ (Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide) is a coenzyme found in every living cell. It’s essential for turning food into energy and supporting cellular repair.
As we age, NAD+ levels decline sharply — leading to fatigue, slower recovery, brain fog, and accelerated aging.
Key Anti-Aging Benefits of NAD+ Therapy:
Boosts cellular energy production for vitality
Supports DNA repair and reduces cell damage
Activates sirtuins — longevity-related proteins that regulate aging
Improves brain clarity and focus
Enhances muscle recovery and stamina
Supports metabolic health and fat metabolism
📌 Think of NAD+ as the fuel your body needs to function and age well.
How NAD+ Works
NAD+ plays a role in:
Mitochondrial function – powers the “energy plants” of your cells
DNA repair enzymes – helps fix age-related cell damage
Sirtuin activation – regulates inflammation, metabolism, and lifespan
Neuroprotection – shields brain cells from stress and aging
📌 Higher NAD+ = stronger cells, more energy, and healthier aging.
How to Reconstitute Lyophilized NAD+ (Sterile Technique)
If using lyophilized NAD+, it often arrives as a (freeze-dried) powder.
You’ll need:
NAD+ vial (powder)
Sterile bacteriostatic water (BAC Water)
Alcohol swabs
Sterile syringe (1–3 mL)
Steps:
Wash hands thoroughly and work on a clean surface
Wipe tops of both vials with alcohol swabs
Draw the prescribed amount of sterile water into syringe (commonly 5–10 mL, per provider instructions)
Slowly inject water along the side of the NAD+ vial (avoid foaming)
Swirl gently until powder fully dissolves — do not shake
Store the reconstituted vial in the refrigerator immediately
📌 Optional: Include a short demonstration video for patients.

Dosing Guide
Dosing depends on your goals, health status, and delivery method. Always follow your provider’s instructions.
Typical protocols:
IV therapy: 250–750 mg over 1–2 hours
*IM or SQ injections: 50–200 mg, 1–3 times weekly
Series approach: Intensive loading phase (multiple treatments in 1–2 weeks) followed by maintenance
📌 Anti-aging protocols often include ongoing low-dose maintenance for optimal results.
Storage
Before mixing: Store NAD+ powder in refrigerator (36–46°F / 2–8°C)
After reconstitution: Keep refrigerated, protected from light
Do not freeze
Use within 28 days of mixing
Keep away from heat and sunlight
